For us, the patient’s safety is our highest priority. In this global COVID-19 pandemic, we commit you to a reliable and safe place to receive care.
Reopening of Hospitals and Services:
During the pandemic, we scaled up our Hospital in terms of safety, rules, and regulations to get a safe environment and personal care in this tough situation. We give priority to patients whose care needs are most urgent.
How We Keep Patients Safe During The COVID-19?
We have taken some practical steps in addition to our standard infection control measure to ensure our premises and facilities remain safe for patients to receive care.
- Appointments
For us, safety means checking some of our patients and setting an appointment for further procedures if needed. According to different circumstances and the health of patients, we offer in-person check-ups and scheduled procedures. We promise to provide the attention you need when you need it, we are trying to do to best as possible.
- Restrict The Number of Visitors
According to our temporary visiting policy, we have restricted the number of visitors to our premises. In this way, the risk of exposure to COVID 19 reduced between patients, visitors, and staff members. All visitors who are entering are screened for temperature by doctors at the entry gate
- Masks for Staff, Patients, And Visitors
All the staff members wear masks, and the type of mask is decided by the kind of care they provide. All the patients and persons accompanied them wear a mask or cover the mouth and nose with a cloth. Patients and visitors can bring their masks or ask the staff for one on the Hospital’s entrance.
- Hand Sanitizer
At all entry/ exit points and numerous locations in the building, you will find hand sanitizers. Everyone who enters the building asked to sanitize hand. Along with this, health care and other staff sanitize hands before and after treating a patient.
- Screening and Testing
- Screening for COVID-19 Symptoms
We screen all patients, staff, and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms. Before you visit the Hospital as per the scheduled appointment, all the patients ask whether they are experiencing any symptoms.
When you arrive, you and anyone with you asked about cough, cold, fever, and other respiratory virus infection symptoms that you or others in your household may be experiencing. In the entrance, your body temperature will be measure with a Non-Contact Digital Laser Infrared Thermometer Temperature Gun.
- COVID-19 Testing
All the patients admitted to the Hospital or scheduled for surgery are tested for COVID-19, no matter whether they have symptoms or not.
All patients admitted to hospital or scheduled for surgery are triply screened (Accurate history taking, RTPCR for COVID and CT scan of chest) whether they have symptoms or not to make sure they are not infected and do not pass infection to medical staff or their family members.
- Area Cleaning
- Common Areas
All the common areas like a waiting room, waiting areas, and lobbies often cleaned with special attention. The frequently touched surfaces like armrest, doorknobs, and handrails also clean frequently.
- Operation Theater
On each entry and exit, the operation theater thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
- Floor Markings/ Furniture Rearrangement
We have made special arrangements for following social distancing. The floors are marked so that people can see where they have to stand for check-in and check-out. The furniture in the common space also rearranged so that a safe distance between patients maintains. Appointments ensure that a limited number of people are there in the Hospital at any time.
- Waiting Room Reorganization
Waiting rooms are reorganized so that all patients wait for the turn sitting at a safe distance. We set special arrangements and specific processes to immediately settle into private exam rooms to decrease the chances of other patients being exposed to the virus.
