BLISS MASTERCLASS BY NOBESITY CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY

Our first BLiSS (Bariatric Leadership in Surgical Skills) training program for Surgeons interested in learning the nuances of Bariatric Surgery concluded successfully last weekend at NObesity, Ahmedabad.

The 2 day workshop by Dr Manish Khaitan showcased 12 Bariatric Surgeries to candidates from across India with special emphasis on Gastric Bypass, its techniques and bio mechanics. The key message of the program was about conducting safe and sound surgeries every time.

Setting up Bariatric Units, Management of Complications and Nutritional Aspects post surgery were the other important aspects covered in this training workshop.

We thank our attendees for strong subscription and support extended for our first program. Based on encouragement received, we plan to repeat BLiSS Masterclass twice a year to spread NObesity Techniques of Safe Surgery far and wide so that the patients operated by the BLiSS alumni receive similar standards of care as they would receive at NObesity.
